*Good building practices include back priming of any porous siding before installation (such as wood, stucco, cement siding). Per manufacturer's instructions, installation of housewrap under porous siding must have .40" (10mm) air space between housewrap and the porous material. PINKWRAP Housewrap provides a weather resistant barrier for the exterior building sheathing during construction. While PINKWRAP Housewrap can be left exposed for up to 300 days, Owens Corning recommends that PINKWRAP Housewrap be covered as soon as practical to ensure its optimal performance as an air and moisture barrier....
