COMPANY OTLAV S.p.A produces and sells hinges for doors and windows and other accessories for frames. QUALITY As required by European regulations and by Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 all OTLAV hinges are subjected to stringent resistance tests to check performance both during the design phase and regularly during manufacturing. 495 EXACTA EXACTA has been created to combine the perfection of three-dimensional adjustment of windows and doors with an easy and above all reliable system which ensures a significant saving in time and money, since mounting the hinge requires only one person. EXACTA is available in diameter 13, 14, 16 and 20 mm. The 16 and 20 mm diameters are available also in stainless steel. A wide range of brass, steel and ABS caps means that doors and windows can now be given a personal touch of style.

Ursus-Plus is a special hinge for massive heavy duty doors with particularly wide shutters. Ursus-Plus allows perfect alignment of the door, thanks to the three parts and nine pins, that maintain in time the original vertical order of the hinge. Ursus-Plus guarantees top quality and reliable performance, it has passed 200.000 cycles test for a capacity of 200 kg. Ursus-Plus is adjustable on three axes. The end caps are available in several finishes to provide versatile, elegant and modern design.

483 BIXACTA Wood Bixacta arose from the need to have an adjustable hinge for entrance doors in PVC, wood and aluminium, which takes into account the aesthetic impact on the frame. Adjustable in 3 directions, the part fixed to the door is inserted into the euro groove axis 13 or 9 mm, air 12, the male part is interchangeable with the male Ursus or Exacta Ø16.
