Product Description
The t3 trapezoidal bench is constructed from formed aluminium with a powder-coated finish and brushed 316 grade stainless steel feet. It is designed for outdoor durability and aesthetic appeal. The bench is available in various colors and can be straight or trapezoidal in shape.

Installation Procedure
1. Insert the stainless steel M10 threaded bar into each of the four feet and screw to a depth of approximately 10mm.
2. Determine the bench location, remove pavers, and excavate two holes at centers 1227mm.
3. Fill holes with 35N20 concrete up to 15mm below the paver level, ensuring a smooth finish.
4. Allow concrete to set, apply a dry sand/cement mix, compact, and adjust to the paver level.
5. Replace paving slabs, ensuring they are well bedded.
6. Place the bench, mark around the threaded bars, remove the bench, and drill through the paving slabs into the concrete pad.
7. Insert chemical fixing into each hole, reposition the bench, and allow time to cure.

Foundations
The bench can be fixed directly to a concrete slab or concrete pads beneath paving stones. Foundations must meet engineer specifications.

Care and Maintenance
Painted Aluminium: Clean regularly with warm soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Touch up chips or scratches with acrylic-based paint.
Stainless Steel: Clean with warm water and mild detergent using a non-abrasive cloth. For heavier stains, use a nylon scouring pad. Rust spots can be removed with an abrasive pad. For severe stains or scratches, contact Omos for advice.

Omos recommends 'Avesta Finishing chemicals' for enhancing the stainless steel surface finish.
