Product catalog summary
Specifications
The t3 seat is constructed from formed aluminium with a powder-coated finish and brushed 316 grade stainless steel components. It features a backrest made of brushed stainless steel. The dimensions are 2000mm in length, 520mm in depth (551mm with armrests), and 792mm in height. Options include stainless steel armrests, partial infill to the end, a backrest leaning rail, and a choice of colors.
Installation Procedures
For areas already paved, the installation involves inserting stainless steel M10 threaded bars into the feet, determining the seat location, and preparing concrete pads. The seat is then positioned, marked, and drilled into the paving slabs. Chemical fixing is recommended, specifically Hilti HIT-HY 150, to secure the seat.
Foundations
The seat can be fixed directly to a concrete slab or concrete pads beneath paving stones. Foundations must meet the engineer's specifications.
Care and Maintenance
The t3 seat requires regular maintenance to preserve its appearance. The powder-coated aluminium should be cleaned with warm soapy water, avoiding abrasive cleaners. Scratches can be touched up with acrylic-based paint. Stainless steel components should be cleaned with warm water and mild detergent, using non-abrasive materials. For heavier stains, a nylon scouring pad may be used. Rust spots can be removed with an abrasive pad. For severe stains or scratches, contact Omos for advice. Stainless steel polishes, such as Avesta Finishing chemicals, are recommended to enhance the finish.
