The frame is made in primary aluminium casting, using top quality tempered virgin alloys. The parts are anodised 20 micron, with Qualanod certification from the Italian Institute Qualital. All the elements are assembled with the use of Aisi 304 stainless steel nuts and bolts and Aisi 316 washers. Protective nylon disks are inserted between the parts in steel in order to reduce friction. All the plastic parts used in the assembly of the frame have been moulded internally in our plant using top quality Nylon. There is a hand protection spacer in the deckchair with armrests and in the version without armrests, to prevent fingers from being crushed. Armrest with anchoring system in nylon. Fabrics Plasticised fabric 100% made in Italy, made using a continuous polyester fibre thread covered in PVC. Strong fibre, guaranteed in time, highly wear-resistant. All fibres have Oeko Tex® - Standard 100 certification for the absence of harmful substances and Catas for tensile strength and wear resistance.
