VERTICAL SLICERS L 37S
The L37S model is a slicing machine featuring a 370 mm blade driven by a gear mechanism. It operates at 230/50/1 or 400/50/3 volts with an IP rating of 65. The machine allows for a cut thickness ranging from 0 to 14 mm and has a slicing capacity of 360x280 mm, handling up to 280 kg.
Design and Features:
This slicer is designed with a rounded and enlarged slice receiving surface, large gaps for easy cleaning, and a full-length grease guard. The SUPERGLIDE treatment on the gauge plate and blade cover ensures smooth operation. It includes an index knob for progressive millimetre-length adjustment and a removable laser-cut stainless steel plate.

Various options are available for customization, including options numbered 6, 8, 15, 16, 17, 29, 56, 57, 63, 76, 97, 112, 130, 137, 139, 144, and 149.

The L37S model is a slicing machine of new design, holding the fruit borne from experience matured in long years. Rounded and enlarged shape for the slice receiving surface, large gaps for cleaning and full length grease guard for accompanying the product towards the blade.
