Omas PM hamburger press is a needful machine for restaurants, communities and butcher’s shops because makes very quicker a process that, even simple, requires time and ability to have a proper result. The press quickly prepares hamburgers protected by cellophane. The pressure on the lever is enough to compress the meat and when it goes back the press opens automatically and laterally and pushes upward the hamburger to make the extraction easier.
