The LMATIC 35S is a gear-driven vertical automatic slicer equipped with two powerful fan-cooled motors. One motor is dedicated to blade rotation, while the other manages carriage movement. It features an automatic carriage stroke that adjusts product advancement based on the set thickness, ensuring consistent slice thickness from start to finish. The slicer includes a large product holder suitable for big-sized and heavy products, such as whole hams, and accommodates various product dimensions and shapes. A clamping device ensures precision by keeping the product securely in place.
The slicer is constructed from anodized aluminium alloy and features a tempered chromium steel blade. It is built in compliance with EN1974 standards.
The slicer includes a removable blade cover and product holder, as well as a revolving slice deflector for easy cleaning. An integrated sharpener operates automatically for perfect sharpening and honing, with a movable protection that covers the blade even when off. The grinding stone is easily removable for cleaning.
Safety is enhanced with a fixed blade ring guard and a removable product holder that can only be detached when the slice thickness control is set to 0.
The LMATIC 35S is ideal for use in supermarkets, delicatessen shops, catering companies, and industrial catering sector kitchens, especially suited for high-volume workloads.
