AUTOMATIC SLICERS Gear-driven vertical automatic slicer, with two powerful fan-cooled motor, the rst one for a proper blade rotation and the second for carriage movement. L Matic 35S has an automatic carriage stroke with product advancing according to the set up thickness, assuring a constant thickness from the rts to the last slice. Large product holder suitable for big-sized and heavy products, t for a whole ham and also for products of different dimensions and shapes. The clamping device keeps the product well xed, to assure extreme precision. Construction in anodized aluminium alloy, with tempered chromium steel blade.
