BEL-AIR BEL-AIR is a modularly constructed light art object with a unique look. The suspended structure is an expressive “eye-catcher” and, at the same time, is a sophisticated functional luminaire for modern and even traditional architecture. The metal discs of the BEL-AIR are hand-made and are given a coating resembling gold leaf or silver leaf. The TUBE-L suspended in the structure focuses the light, glarefree, against the domed and vibrant looking surfaces of the discs. BEL-AIRLED, as preconfigured set A set consists of 3 DISK-M reflection discs (gold leaf or silver leaf) and 3 TUBE-L light tubes (rust coloured). Depending on the set in question and space requirements, power can be supplied either to the ceiling transformer (direct connection) or via the cable connection to the floor transformer. To achieve an optimal lighting effect, the reflection discs should be arranged about 80 cm apart. The recommended length of the light object is therefore approx. 2.5 m. PLANNING Depending on the configuration of the system, the power is supplied directly to the ceiling transformer (BASIC 1) or via the cable connection to the floor transformer (BASIC 3). To achieve an optimal lighting effect, the reflection discs should be arranged about 80 cm apart.
