If the hydro generator battery has sufficient voltage, the system, after 1,5 minuts, is automatically powered by the hydro generator. Depending on the frequency of use of the system, it assumes different configurations: - “Reduced use” (< 5 full flushes/ day) When the hydro generator doesn’t have enough power (due to standby power system), the system will switch back to the start battery, and in the following flushes the system will be powered by this battery, until the energy generated by the hydro generator is sufficient (because the water is passing through it) to switch back again to the hydro generator battery. The system will maintain in this cycle until the start battery or the hydro battery doesn’t have sufficient voltage to power the system. In this case, the flush valve will be activated in order to charge the hydro generator battery. This situation is easily identified because, in each 16 seconds, the LED will blink to inform that the battery is discharged. “Regular use” (> 4 full flushes/ day) The regular use has precisely the same operation that the reduced use, with the exception that if the use is higher than 4 full flushes per day, the energy generated by hydro is always greater than the energy consumed.
