Specifications:

Water and Flue Gas Specifications:
The water capacity of the boilers is 69 liters, with a feed/return connection of 1 inch or DN 25. Water resistance varies with temperature differences, and the operating pressure is a maximum of 3 Bar. The flue gas temperature ranges from 70 to 140°C, with a flue gas volume at rated power between 13.9 and 23.5 m³/h.

Fuel Requirements:
The boilers use pellets made of 100% natural wood, conforming to EN ISO 17225–2, class A1 standards. The calorific value is ≥ 16.5 MJ/kg or ≥ 4.6 kWh/kg, with a bulk density of ≥ 600 kg/m³. The water content should be ≤ 10%, and ash parts ≤ 0.7%.

Weight and Dimensions:
The weight of the boiler varies depending on the configuration, with the heaviest being 338 kg when packaged. Minimum clearance dimensions are specified for installation, including a minimum ceiling height of 1800 mm.

Electrical Components:
The boilers require a 230 VAC, 50 Hz, 16 A connection. The main drive consumes 40 W, with a maximum power consumption of 1760 W. Other components like the drive motor, flue gas fan, and electrical ignition have specific power requirements.

Installation Notes:
Ensure that door dimensions are adequate for bringing the unit into the building. Minimum clearance dimensions must be observed for proper installation and operation, and local legislation regarding flue gas tube clearance must be followed.
