Overview of BORG! Collection
The BORG! collection features six textured veneers available in six wood species and one primed surface. The wood surfaces are coated with Wonder Finish, an eco-friendly, water-free, and solvent-free monocoat oil that protects and enhances the natural appearance of the wood.
Wood Species and Textures
The collection includes the following wood species: Oak Aurea MT2-14, Oak Aurea MT2-22, Oak Aurea MT2-01, Oak Aurea "Blond" MT2-15, Oak Aurea MT2-04, and Koto Kefe MT36-01. These textures are also available in a version that can be painted without prior sanding.
Technical Characteristics
The decorative panels are composed of two plies of real wood veneer glued onto a thin MDF substrate. The dimensions are 3050 x 1250 mm with a thickness of 2.5 mm. Standard finishes include wood veneer with Wonder Finish and a primed surface. Unfinished wood veneer is available on request.
Fabrication and Application
For bonding, Neoprene contact glue or vinyl glue should be used, following the manufacturer's instructions. The substrate's back face must be balanced with a Sylvaflex type veneer sheet to ensure stability. Edge bandings are available for all six veneer species.
Applications
The BORG! panels are suitable for use in doors, walls, ceilings, and furniture.
