Setting Up the Massage Chair:

Begin by moving the horizontal bar down and inserting it into the locking arm, securing it with Velcro®.
Loosen face rest knobs and insert the face rest platform arms into the tubes on the back of the chest pad plate.

Helping Clients onto the Chair:

Clients should stand beside the chair, straddle the seat, and place their knees on the knee pads before sitting down.
Adjust face and arm rests for optimal comfort and positioning.

Face Rest Adjustments:

Oakworks QuickLock™ face rest offers unlimited positioning options. Adjust vertically by loosening knobs and angle by unlocking CamLocks.
Face rest can be reversed to the other side of the chair if needed.

Arm Rest Adjustments:

Adjust the arm rest so the client's forearms rest comfortably, ensuring shoulders are relaxed.
Do not allow clients to use the arm rest to lift themselves out of the chair.

Folding the Massage Chair:

Unlock Velcro® and remove the bar from the locking arm.
Raise the pivot section, push up on the arm rest, and fold the face rest over the chest pad.

Seat Height Adjustment:

Adjust seat height by moving the angled adjustment block under the seat support.
Reattach the block to Velcro® after adjustment.

Carrying the Chair:

Fold the chair and attach the carry strap to the D-Rings on the frame.
Lift the chair by the main frame tubes and place the strap on your shoulder.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Clean upholstery with a mild non-alcohol cleaner and disinfect with approved solutions.
Avoid using strong cleaners or exposing fabric to extreme temperatures and sunlight.
Failure to follow cleaning recommendations will void the fabric warranty.

ARM REST ADJUSTMENTS • Note: The arm rest is designed to support the weight of your client’s forearms. Do not allow your clients to push against the arm rest to lift themselves out of the chair.
