INSTALLATION The tables come completely assembled and ready to use. Plug the cord into a functioning outlet that is rated for the table. DIRECTIONS FOR USE TABLE KEYSWITCH A table keyswitch is located inside the cabinet on the shelf at the head end of the table. This key switch will lock-out the table and prevent all motions. It should be used to prevent unauthorized use. Remove the key if children have the opportunity to access the table without adult supervision. FOOT CONTROL OPERATIONS FLAT TOP TABLES ONLY When using the table Height Up function, do not place anything between the metal frame and the base structure as damage can occur to the table.
