Nuovocorso has developed an innovative production process for porcelain stoneware, enhancing the raw extrusion technology. This process results in extruded porcelain tiles that combine exceptional strength and flexibility, ensuring easy and safe installation, even in large formats.
The tiles are available in sizes of 20x180 cm (8”x71”) with a thickness of 10mm (0.39”). They come in various colors such as Umber, Cinnamon, and Dusty. The tiles are designed for both floor and wall applications, suitable for heavy traffic areas and outdoor use.
- Elasticity and Flexibility: The use of high plasticity clay and cold extrusion process imparts unique flexibility and elasticity to the tiles.
- Frostproofness and Low Absorbency: The firing process ensures resistance to water and ice, with extremely low absorbency and superior mechanical resistance.
- Rectification and Calibration: The tiles are precisely rectified and calibrated, allowing for various installation styles, including joint-free laying.
- Water Absorption: ≤ 0.5% (UNI EN ISO 10545-3)
- Breaking Strength: ≥ 1300 N for thickness ≥ 7.5 mm (UNI EN ISO 10545-4)
- Frost Resistance: Pass (UNI EN ISO 10545-12)
- Stain Resistance: Minimum Class 3 (UNI EN ISO 10545-14)
- Surface Hardness: Mohs scale 5-8
The tiles are priced at €120 per square meter. Each box contains 4 pieces, covering 1.44 square meters, with a total weight of 31.25 kg per box. Pallets contain 18 boxes, covering 25.92 square meters.
