Ntgrate Tiles Tender Floorcovering : tiles 50 cm x 50 cm. The quality is a flat woven synthetic quality with a wear layer produced according to the patented method. In the weaving process, this technology only uses, glass-fiber reinforced, PVC yams of which the adhesion between the core and the skin > 20 N. The fabric, with a warp density of 12 threads/cm and a weft density of an average of 9 threads/cm, is stabilized in a heat set process. This fabric is laminated on a glass fiber fleece with a phthalate free plastisol. The wear layer is finished, in a second step, with a homogeneous PVC backing. The tiles are available in a dimension of 50 cm x 50 cm and supplied in boxes of 16 tiles or 4 m2.
