Ntgrate Kult Technical data sheet The synthetic floorcovering »Ntgrate Kult» is a flat woven synthetic quality with a wear layer produced according to the TOPGRATE ® method. In the weaving process, the TOPGRATE ® technology only uses, glass-fiber reinforced, PVC yarns of which an adhesion between the core and the skin > 20 N. The fabric, with a warp density of 12 threads/cm and a weft density of an average of 9 threads/cm, is stabilized in a heat set process. This wear layer is a phthalate-free plastisol laminated on a glass-fiber fleece. The TOPGRATE ® is finished with a homogeneous PVC backing.. The tiles are made on request in the dimensions listed in the catalogue and supplied in boxes of 4 m².
