Ntgrate Klic Hydro Sound Technical data sheet The synthetic floorcovering »Ntgrate Klic Hydro» is a flat woven synthetic quality with a wear layer produced according to the TOPGRATE ® method. In the weaving process, the TOPGRATE ® technology only uses, glass-fiber reinforced, PVC yarns of which an adhesion between the core and the skin > 20 N. The fabric, with a warp density of 12 threads/cm and a weft density of an average of 9 threads/cm, is stabilized in a heat set process. This wear layer is a phthalate-free plastisol laminated on a glass-fiber fleece. The TOPGRATE ® is glued on hard PVC board and manufactured, according to the Uniclic system, in to planks of 91,5 cm x 30,5 cm and supplied in boxes of 6 pieces or 1,67 m².
