OUR PHYLOSOPY Nuestra filosofía My colleagues have asked me to briefly highlight what has been happening since our previous catalogue was published, so here goes… Two new designers, Arik Levy and Inma Bermúdez, have joined our team. MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS Hand Knotted This is a manual weaving technique on vertical looms that consists of hand tying knots. The greater the number of knots the better defined the design is. This system allows detailed creations to be produced and the carpets last longer. Hand Tufted This is a manual technique in which an artisanal tool is used to punch strands of wool into a stretched cotton or jute canvas to create different definitions and pile heights.

Hand Loom knotted Woven Kilim Using a manually operated loom, warp and weft threads are interwoven to achieve different finishes and textures produced with different materials. A system of interwoven threads on a flat surface and which is popularly known as kilim. Some of our outdoor carpets have been produced with this system using recycled polyester.
