Pre-treatment and Coating: The aluminium undergoes degreasing and chromium-free treatment. The coating system uses polyester with a typical thickness of 22 µm on the top side and 4 µm on the backing coat.

- Adhesion: 100% on both 90°/180° and cross hatch + impact tests
- Resistance to deformation and cracking: High resistance as per ECCA standards
