Among other things, this ambitious project relies on new lighting technologies that combine modernity, energy efficiency and aestheticism. NEOLUX and CODA have supported this challenge, which began in February 2011 with a complete refurbishment of the façade and the incorporation of luminous signs and LED lighting solutions. Greater visibility and a qualitative image: that is what Le BERRY has gained; the establishment’s occupancy rate has risen very significantly. The choice of LED lighting, in combination with the quality of NEOLUX products, has considerably improved the economic profitability of the installation (electricity consumption divided by 10, long life, no maintenance ). “The visual impact is such that our guests do not choose Le Berry hotel by chance.” Antoine FALLEUR / Manager For successful transformation and perpetuate its business, Le BERRY has counted on tailor-made refurbishment based on mastered modern technology. This challenge has been given to trustworthy professionals recommended by Shop Expert Valley (a competence cluster that deals with shop fitting business). In less than 3 months after the request, CODA renovated the 30-m façade cladding, and set up NEOLUX LED lighting solutions (RGB luminous signs, power bars, a control device that allows the variation of the lighting intensity and dynamic of the façade to match events and the seasons).
