The construction features only robust components. The deflector plate with high wear resistance handles salt, sand and gravel. The variable feed screw ensures an exact and uniform distribution of the material and thereby also a steady de-icing of the bicycle paths, footpaths and parking grounds. Adjustment is done manually and is regulated according to the weather conditions and travelling speed, ensuring that just the necessary amount is being spread. The spread width adjusts from 1- 5 m and can be adjusted to side spreading when required. The salt and sand spreader can perfectly be combined with the dozer blade and the snow sweeper. In that way the driver is enabled to remove the snow and spread the salt at one go and thereby provide a safe route for the motorists and pedestrians.
