DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The DS Roasting purifier is designed to eliminate fumes and odours generated by coffee roasting machines. Roasting Coffee are mobile units that are used by coffee shops that are increasingly attentive to the needs of their customers. These machines, during the roasting process, generate fumes and odours that need to be eliminated before they are released into the indoor environment or the atmosphere.

GENERAL INDICATIONS: The cabinet, made of painted galvanised sheet metal, is composed of three working sections: - a settling chamber, i.e. a 100 cm collar placed on the upper part of the DS ROASTING to which the roasting unit exhaust duct is connected; - a filtering section consisting of a metal filter to capture coarse dust, an electrostatic filter ISO UNI 16890 for removal of PM1 - PM2.5 - PM10, oil fumes, a granular carbon filter for removal of derived odours; - a centrifugal fan with air flow rate of m3/h 420, Pa 350, electrical absorption W 120, adjustable with a manual speed variator placed...

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Control electronics complete with double filter status reporting, capable of supplying several filters at the same time, contact connection to PLC or remote control at V 0 - 30, possibility of remote viewing. Maintenance only involves cleaning the metal filter, the electrostatic filter according to the instructions in the product's service manual.
