GENERAL FUNCTIONS The DS N KITCHEN model was developed to meet the multiple requirements for removal of fumes, oil vapours and odours in professional kitchens. This extremely easy-to-install system can be applied to new or existing installations. This system largely eliminates the problem of dirt accumulating in the exhaust air ducts generated by oil and smoke condensation. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Maintenance involves washing the metal and electrostatic filters with water and degreasing detergents; the robustness of our filter allows even inexperienced maintainers to carry out the work without any danger to the product. This device does not use classic tungsten wires, which cause considerable problems (breakage) during maintenance. The carbon filter is replaced periodically. A drawer inside the cabinet allows for the collection of pollutants, simplifying maintenance, speeding up and reducing costs.
