FRAY offers a range of colored body porcelain tiles available in various sizes and finishes. The tiles come in matte finish with a thickness of 9mm. The available sizes are 12”x24” (30x60 cm) and 24”x48” (60x120 cm).
Colors:
The tiles are available in a variety of colors including White, Pearl, Smoke, Metal White, Ivory, Taupe, Tobacco, Metal Grey, Sand, Gray, Black, and Metal Black.
Mosaics:
FRAY provides a selection of mosaics in different patterns such as 2x2 Mosaic, Herringbone Mosaic, and Hexmark Mosaic. These are available in all the colors mentioned above.
Coordinating Trims:
The product line includes coordinating trims like Bullnose (3"x24" - 7.2x60 cm) and Cove Base (6"x12" - 15x30 cm) with a thickness of 8.5 mm.
Specifications:
The tiles comply with ANSI A137.1-2022 standards. They exhibit slight variation (V2) in texture and pattern within similar colors. The tiles are calibrated with specific regularity characteristics, including nominal size and thickness compliance.
Performance & Features:
The tiles have been tested for various properties:
- Water Absorption: Compliant with ASTM C373.
- Breaking Strength: Average of 250 lbf (1.11 kN) and individual 225 lbf (1.00 kN) as per ASTM C648.
- Bond Strength: Compliant with ASTM C482.
- Resistance to Freeze/Thaw Cycling: Resistant as per ASTM C1026.
- Chemical Resistance: Unaffected as per ASTM C650.
- Stain Resistance: Unaffected as per ASTM C1378.
- Slip Resistance: Requires a minimum value of 0.42 for wet commercial areas, compliant with ANSI A326.3.
