HYDROFOAM® is a 4 ft x 4 ft insulation board with a multi-directional anchoring design, suitable for radiant heat systems. It serves as a 2-in-1 product for insulating under concrete slabs and facilitating radiant heat tubing installation. Available in thicknesses of 2 1/2 in (R-10) and 4 in (R-16), with HYDROFOAM nano available for existing areas in 3/8 in (R-1.5) thickness.
Ensure the surface is level before installation. Lay HYDROFOAM along the first wall to start the row. A vapor barrier membrane may be necessary. Insert hydronic floor heating pipes between anchors and pour concrete over the setup, adhering to local building codes.
HYDROFOAM offers easy installation with a shiplapped, interlocking design, flexibility in cutting, and increased comfort due to uniform temperature. It is flammable, requiring a protective barrier for interior applications.
The product is 100% recyclable, free from CFCs and HCFCs, resistant to water and moisture, non-toxic, and made from inorganic, rot-proof materials. It provides permanent insulation value and energy savings, reducing heating bills.

HYDROFOAM is a 2-in-1 product to insulate under the concrete slab and ease the installation of radiant heat tubing. HYDROFOAM is overlapped and interlocked on four sides, allowing for faster installation times and a secure fit. It comes in thicknesses of 2 1/2 in (64mm) (R-10) and 4 in (102mm) (R-16). HYDROFOAM nano is available for existing areas such as concrete slab and plywood and it comes in 3/8 in (10mm) (R-1.5) thickness.
