Design and Production
Designed by Rodolfo Dordoni in 2011, the TOILE collection is produced industrially using homogeneous porcelain stoneware (gres porcellanato ad impasto omogeneo). The slabs are squared and rectified, ensuring each piece is exactly the same as the others, with a thickness of 10 mm.

Sizes
The nominal sizes available are 80x180 cm (31 1/2”x71”) and 20x180 cm (8”x71”).

Technical Features

Dimensions: Length and width tolerance is ± 0.2%, thickness ± 3%, straightness of edges ± 0.2%, wedging ± 0.2%, and flatness ± 0.3%.
Water Absorption: Less than 0.5%, with actual absorption at 0.04%.
Surface Hardness: Greater than 5 on the Mohs scale, with actual hardness at 7.
Resistance to Thermal Shock: No visible alteration, resistant.
Frost Resistance: No visible alteration, resistant.
Chemical Resistance: No visible alteration, resistant.
Breaking Strength: Greater than 53 N/mm².
Slip Resistance: R9 to R13 depending on the angle, with ASTM C1028 values of 0.73 dry and 0.63 wet.
Abrasion Resistance: In conformity with standard, with a maximum of 175 mm³.

Environmental Certification
The production system is certified with ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management. LEED certification includes 25.8% Lino, Seta, 8.1% Tasmania, and 16.8% Cotone.

For size 80x180 cm: 0.69 pcs/sqm, 2 pcs/box, 2.88 sqm/box, 16 boxes/pallet, 67 kg/box, 1072 kg/pallet, 46.08 sqm/pallet.
