Product Data Sheet INDUCTION WELD CARDBOARD DISC PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Induction Weld Cardboard Disc is used in combination with Induction Weld Plates when installing TPO or PVC membranes directly over EPS insulation. When placed between the plates and the insulation, the Induction Weld Cardboard Disc prevents the insulation from melting during the induction welding process. FEATURES / BENEFITS • • • Compatible with both PVC and TPO Pre-punched center hole for easy application Fast and easy to install PACKAGING / STORAGE Disc’s are 4” in Diameter and packaged with 500 pieces per carton. Weight is 8 lbs. per box. Store in dry location. Keep away from moisture. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Position the disc between the top layer of insulation and the induction welding plate prior to securement. The hole in the center of the cardboard disc should line up with the center of the plate. 2. Install fastener and induction welding plate per Mule-Hide’s specifications and details. 3. Care must be taken not to overdrive fasteners and fracture insulation.
