design Natasa Perkovic ELLE Chair I closed my eyes and imagined a chair that personifies beauty. I modeled a chair whose form strictly followed function and then slowly began subtracting material and smoothing out the edges. I gradually arrived at a sleek solid wood chair that used minimal amounts of material. It still met the basic function of seating whilst retaining comfort and ergonomics.

Natasa Perkovic Its curved edges invite family and friends to gather around and bind their hearts together. Its carefully modeled yet downplayed aesthetic ensures complementarity with different chairs. Elle is produced using five-axis CNC milling, classical carpentry and hand-finishing techniques. It is engineered to use a minimal amount of solid wood material and joinery so as to obtain optimal structural strength. Her sustainability lies in her timeless beauty and usability.

PRIMUM Chair Main attention to development of this solid wood chair as part of Primum collection was to consider the ergonomic aspects and be designed for comfort. It is a piece with the backrest that wraps around, well supported on robust legs that provide just enough material for integrated solid joints that smoothly interconnect with the seat creating lines that build the chair's character.

PRIMUM Table PRIMUM Table Primum collection idea is based on researching structural engineering forms that create a high structural load bearing capacity. As a result of this research we were able to reduce tables solid wood construction to its core while keeping durable design, consolidating table top and table legs to an elegant proportions that evenly spread out to floor base points creating maximum ability for legroom and chair movement.
