Introduction
The Lowland Collection is a series of furniture elements designed with individual identities, characterized by simplified seating resembling large ottomans, independent backrests, and armrests that complete the design as a 'changeable landscape'.

Design Specifications
The collection features a wooden frame covered with stress-resistant polyurethane foam of varied densities and polyester fiber. The armrests are made of injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam. The furniture is designed to have completely removable covers, and the feet are made of stainless steel.

Design Philosophy
The Lowseat, part of the Lowland Collection, merges an armchair with a potential modular system. The design focuses on section, with disappearing armrests, lighter proportions, and a lower backrest that can be constructed from the void.

Designer Background
Maria Patricia Cristina Blanca Hidalgo Urkiola, born in Oviedo, Spain, graduated from the Politecnico of Milan. She began collaborating with Moroso in 1998, continuing her work with the Lowland Collection.

Production and Certification
The collection is produced by Moroso, a company certified under UNI EN ISO 9001:94 and Ecoquality UNI EN ISO 14001:99 standards. The art direction is by Patrizia Moroso, with design by Ferruccio Montanari.
