Product Overview: The SPAN-FLEX® 200 is a lightweight and durable under-roof screen, part of the BRAAS MONIER BUILDING GROUP. It is designed for use in lost attics on discontinuous supports but can also be used in converted or convertible attics with proper ventilation.

Installation Guidelines:

Install perpendicular to the roof's steepest line and secure to supports.
Lay in successive strips from eaves to ridge, temporarily fixing with nails or staples in areas to be covered by counter-battens.
Final fixation with wooden counter-battens (minimum 2 cm thick and 3.6 cm wide) using nails or screws.
Ensure a minimum air gap of 2 cm on each side of the screen.
Mandatory ridge opening for ventilation.
