Product Overview: The SPAN-FLEX® 200 is a lightweight and durable under-roof screen, part of the BRAAS MONIER BUILDING GROUP. It is designed for use in lost attics on discontinuous supports but can also be used in converted or convertible attics with proper ventilation.
Key Features:- Made from non-woven polypropylene, offering a good weight-to-strength ratio for easy handling.
- Traditional and simple installation process.
- Resistant to discontinuous support installation with a maximum span of 60 cm (R2 class).
- Available in 75 m2 rolls, easy to unroll and install with printed overlap lines.
- Can be used as temporary covering for up to 8 days when counter-battened, following SNEST recommendations.
Installation Guidelines:- Install perpendicular to the roof's steepest line and secure to supports.
- Lay in successive strips from eaves to ridge, temporarily fixing with nails or staples in areas to be covered by counter-battens.
- Final fixation with wooden counter-battens (minimum 2 cm thick and 3.6 cm wide) using nails or screws.
- Ensure a minimum air gap of 2 cm on each side of the screen.
- Mandatory ridge opening for ventilation.
