POWERPLAY COMBI Areaelastic indoor flooring system, with a Powerplay finish on top, built on site with several different layers in a total thickness of 36 mm: A 500 gauge polyethylene sheet previously fitted on the floor, which prevents from high humidity rate coming from the subfloor by mean of creating a barrier of vapour. Expanded flexible polyurethane foam in sheets of 15 mm. thickness, providing excellent shock absorption.This underlayment provides excellent comfort and uniform shock absorption. Plywood panels for a total thickness of 18 mm, so to guarantee the best system uniformity. Prefabricated sports floor for indoor use consisting of natural and synthetic rubber, calendered and vulcanized, with a total constant thickness of 3mm, supplied in rolls of 190 cm width. The 1 mm thick wear layer, mass-coloured with solid colour or tone-on-tone marbled effect, is vulcanized to a load-bearing subsrate that is free from organic pigments and contains up to 20% of reycled materials. The product contains at least 5% of contaminant-free recycled materials, and about 10% of rapidly renewable materials.The biobased carbon content is approximately 25% of the total carbon footprint (certification according to ASTM D6866-21, Method B). The product has been certified in compliance with International schemes and standards for Indoor Air Quality programs (VOC, Volatile Organic Compounds emissions) like Greenguard, Greenguard Gold (UL Certification Program) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). Thanks to its excellent dimensional stability, the floor does not require any type of joining element or welding rod. The non-porous, smooth, matt and anti-glare surface has a surface hardness of no less than 85 Shore A, according to ISO 7619-1, which allows intensive use of the product and guarantees reduced accumulation of dirt and good adhesion of the most common marking paints and protective coatings. The surface also has excellent natural antibacterial characteristics, without the addition of biocidal ingredients inside the product: in tests carried out according to ISO 22196, the killing of inoculated bacteria exceeds 99,999% in 24 hours, with an antimicrobial activity factor "R" greater than 5. This product is ideal for a multisport indoor hall where different indoor sport competitions are held, such of basketball, handball, volleyball, badminton or futsal. STANDARDS This product has been certified to be in compliance with with European Standard EN 14904 ("Surfaces for sports areas - Multi-sports floor systems for indoor use") including Declaration Of Performance (DoP, CE marking) and it is rated Euroclass Cfl-S1 in accordance with EN 13501. This article is produced in compliance with the European Regulation REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). This product has been rated "Non Hazardous" by external laboratory in accordance with the European Waste Catalogue. This means that it does not present a subrisk to public health or cause adverse effects on the environment.
