Projects Portfolio The Mandarin Oriental Residences is located at 685 5th Avenue in New York City, an extra-luxury project owned by the prominent Real Estate SHVO, on the most famous and popular street in the world. MOMA Design worked closely with the project’s interior designers (March & White studio) to create all the bathtubs (built-in and freestanding), all the freestanding washbasins, and all the built-in sinks in the over 40 apartments with breathtaking views on the city. The residence features 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room of over 300 square meters and a unique infinity pool. Projects Portfolio In 2021, MOMA Design started to create the bathtubs for the properties of the titanic “Mareterra” project in Monaco, designed by internationally renowned architects Renzo Piano and Denis Valode. The new complex has a total extension of 6 hectares and is built directly on the sea, but under the banner of eco-sustainability: the space houses multi-story buildings, villas, a new commercial space, a new port, a park and a new public parking lot, as well as artificial reefs to encourage the colonization of the new stretch of coastline by protected marine grasses. Projects Portfolio / 125 Greenwich Project Started in 2019 and then resumed in 2023 after a long break, 125 Greenwich is surely one of the tallest and most iconic skyscrapers in Manhattan’s new skyline. The building, designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, has a height of 278 meters and 72 floors. The interiors were designed by March & White, which chose MOMA Design tanks to create all the apartments in the project. Projects Portfolio / Villa S In 2019 MOMA Design furnished this beautiful Swiss villa, characterized by a total white look with precious and atypical inserts. MOMA Design products, which can be found in every bathroom area of the villa, were tailored to fit even in the most special spaces of the residence, for example in the attic section with a sloping roof. Projects Portfolio / Hotel “Mada Charme” MOMA Design’s GISELLE tub was chosen for the suites of this charming hotel in the enchanting setting of Cinque Terre, Liguria.
