Bruciatori in ghisa e ottone da 3,5 kW (monocorona, diametro 85 mm), e da 6 kW (doppia corona, diametro 110 mm) fissati ermeticamente sul piano. Regolazione continua della potenza (da 0,9 a 3,5 kW e da 1,6 a 6 kW) tramite rubinetto di sicurezza con termocoppia. Accensione del bruciatore principale tramite bruciatore pilota. Bruciatore pilota e termocoppia sono collocati sotto il corpo del bruciatore principale, protetti da urti accidentali ed eventuali spruzzi e/o traboccamenti. Modelli su forno gas/elettrico con capacita GN 2/1, con la controporta in acciaio inox con tenuta a labirinto. Safety tap with thermocouple to adjust heating power (from 0,9 kW to 3,5 kW and from 1,6 kW to 6 kW). Ignition of main burner by pilot burner. Pilot burner ant thermocouple are installed underneath the main burner body to be protected from accidental impacts and liquid overflow. Models with gas/electric oven, capacity GN 2/1, oven inner door in stainless steel with labyrinth sealing.
