Coperchio bilanciato in AISI 304 dotato di maniglia atermica. Carico acqua fredda o calda tramite elettrovalvole attivate da selettore, erogatore fisso sul piano. Pentole a gas: Riscaldamento bruciatori in inox AISI 304 esterni. Valvola gas di sicurezza sul pannello frontale con accenditore elettrico. Temperatura controllata da regolatore di energia. Lampade spia per verificare il coretto funzionamento dell’apparecchiatura. Pentole elettriche: Riscaldamento con resistenze corazzate. Temperatura controllata da regolatore di energia.
