MIRAWALL TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Regulatory Compliance and Guarantees:
The Mirawall range guarantees a 1T internal bending radius per EN 1396. Users must follow industry standards, especially in selecting the V according to aluminum thickness. The product may allow for 0T bending depending on the aluminum alloy, with pre-validation tests required.
Bending Recommendations:
Air bending is preferred over coining, with the V-die type chosen based on sheet thickness. A V at least 8 times the sheet thickness is recommended.
Resistance and Durability:
The product shows good resistance to rapid deformation (impact test ISO 6272), corrosion (EN 1396), scratching (ISO 1518-4 H), and detachment (ISO 2409). It is classified as RC2 after 1,000 hours of salt spray testing and natural environment exposure.
Traceability and Certification:
Full traceability from supplier to delivery lot is ensured, with production lot stamping every meter on the reverse side. Factory test certificates are available upon request (EN 10204 3.1).
Compliance with Environmental Standards:
All purchases comply with REACH, with no substances listed in REACH Annex XIV present. The production is free of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE.
