Technical Specifications
Miralu offers pre-painted aluminum products with a focus on innovative and attractive designs. The aluminum used is from the 3000 and 5000 series, adhering to standards EN 573-3 and EN 515. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation are specified under EN 485-2. The flatness and bending resistance are covered by EN 485-4 and EN 1396 anC.3, respectively. Available widths are 1000 mm, 1250 mm, and 1500 mm, with thicknesses ranging from 0.78 to 2 mm.

Coating and Finish
The polyester powder coating is thermosetting, with matte textured finishes having less than 5% gloss. Pearly finishes are available in satin or glossy options. The textured products offer superior abrasion resistance and uniform appearance across surfaces. A protective PE film of 70 to 80 µm is applied.

Quality Control
During production, uniform appearance and defect-free surfaces are ensured at a 3-meter distance, complying with NF 12206-1: 2003. Gloss is measured at a 60° geometry (ISO 2813), and lacquer thickness averages 60 µm (ISO 2360). Color consistency is maintained using the CIELAB system.

Post-Production Testing
Tests include bending (1.5T max, EN 1396 anC), stamping (5 mm min, EN 12206), impact (10Nm min, ISO 6272), and adhesion (class 0, ISO 2409). Machu testing follows QUALIBAT directives.

Quality and Safety Management
The company is committed to quality and safety, certified under ISO 9001 V 2008 and OHSAS 18001 V 2007. Environmental considerations include alkaline degreasing and zirconium-based chemical conversion, complying with 1990/394/CE, Reach 1907/2006/CE, and Rohs directives.

Product Range
Mirabuild® offers a range of aluminum products with textured and pearly finishes, suitable for both interior and exterior architectural applications. The products are available in coils or formats up to 6000 mm in length, with widths of 1000, 1250, and 1500 mm, and thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 2 mm. The 60 μm powder thickness ensures a 1.5T bending capability.

Additional Features
Textured finishes provide excellent scratch resistance and reduced maintenance frequency. Pearly finishes offer UV and weather resistance, with no checkerboard effect. Both finishes allow for 1.5T bending without risk of cracking over time.
