Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks, with specific formulations taking 4 to 6 weeks. The product supports 1.5T bending and drawing.

Traceability is ensured with Mira-Test, CE marking, and a certificate of conformity. The product complies with REACH and ROHs regulations.

Coating and Treatment
The coating system uses polyester powder without VOCs, lead, or chromium. Treatment includes double degreasing and Titanate-based conversion coating.

Performance and Guarantee
The product is resistant to rapid deformation, corrosion, and scratches, with durability confirmed by specific tests. It is guaranteed for bending radius according to EN 1396 standards.

Specifications
Gloss levels range from pearlescent (5 to 10 UB) to glossy (70 to 100 UB), satin (30 to 70 UB), and matte (20 to 30 UB). Color consistency is ensured according to ISO 3668 and EN 1396 standards.

Non-Lacquered Side
Features a titanium-based, chromium-free, solvent-free coating with a thickness of 1 - 1.5 µm, offering enhanced corrosion resistance and suitability for bonding.

Technical Characteristics of Deliveries
Products are available as coils or sheets, with sheet dimensions ranging from 600mm to 10,000mm.

Guarantees and Compliance
The MiraBuild range is guaranteed at a 1.5T bending radius according to EN 1396. Recommended V or punch radius varies with thickness: 1 mm (V10), 1.5 mm (V12), 2.0 mm (V14). Air bending is preferred over coining.

Resistance
The product withstands rapid deformation (impact test ISO 6272, 10 Nm), corrosion (RC2 classification after 1,000 hours of salt spray test), and scratches (ISO 1518-4, H for pearlescent, 3H for structured finish). Adhesion resistance is class 0 (ISO 2409).

Traceability
Full traceability from supplier batch to delivery, with production batch stamping every meter on the reverse side.

Compliance Certificates
Factory test certificates are available on request (EN 10204 3.1). The product complies with REACH and RoHS regulations, ensuring no harmful substances are present.
