About the designer and craftsman Jaime Hayón was born in Madrid in 1974. His career has taken him around the world to such places as Los Angeles, Paris, Hong Kong and Treviso in Italy where he was the head of the design department of Fabrica. Jaime Hayón’s work transcends the frontiers of two, usually separate worlds, those of art and design, to create his own style, and his multiple talents have been employed in such varied fields as curatorship, art and design.
