10-YEAR WARRANTY ON MERIDA STELLA STEEL EQUIPMENT WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. To produce the Merida Stella equipment, the stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) has been used. The steel quality is confirmed by the Metallurgical Certificate (available upon request), ensuring that the mechanical and chemical properties specified in the Metallurgical Certificate are maintained. 2. The warranty covers the durability of joints - welding, fusion welding, and others - and the preservation of the product’s dimensions and shape. 3. The warranty covers the effective operation of the device and mechanisms provided that original consumables are used - paper towels in rolls, liquid soaps, foam soaps, disinfectant agents, and air freshener refills - from the Merida offer. 4. The warranty covers the preservation of the surface quality of the device provided that the guidelines in the Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions for Stainless Steel Equipment are followed. 5. The warranty does not cover cases of mechanical damage, such as dents, scratches, etc. 6. The warranty does not cover cases of discolouration caused by the usage of aggressive chemicals forbidden in the Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions for Stainless Steel Equipment. 7. The warranty does not cover the preservation of the surface quality of the equipment used in conditions which are aggressive for stainless steel and can cause discolouration or surface corrosion - where salts, chlorides, bromides, iodides are present (swimming pools, laboratories, etc.). 8. The warranty does not cover the preservation of the surface quality of the equipment used in EXTERNAL CONDITIONS within a strip of two kilometres from saline water bodies (due to salts that can cause surface corrosion). 9. The dulling of the surface caused by lack of proper care of the equipment, as described in the Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions for Stainless Steel Equipment, is a natural process and is not subject to complaints. This does not affect the mechanical and chemical properties of the steel. The process is reversible following the maintenance instructions described in section 2 of the Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions for Stainless Steel Equipment. 10. The warranty covers all the equipment purchased after August 1, 2023. It is necessary to provide proof of purchase. Remove the excess cleaning agent with the dry part of the cloth. Apply the cleaning agent to a microfiber cloth PREMIUM SRL012 or Merida POLISH SRL033 and remove dirt. Remove the excess cleaning agent with a dry cloth. Rinse the surfaces with water and wipe them dry. 2. MAINTENANCE APPLIES TO BRUSHED STAINLESS-STEEL EQUIPMENT ONLY The cleaning should be completed with the maintenance treatment. Polish SRL033 and wipe the entire surface thoroughly. Remove the excess mixture with the dry part of the cloth. NOTE! For cleaning, do not use mixtures based on strong acids (nitric, phosphoric, sulfuric, hydrochloric), strong alkalis (sodium or potassium hydroxide), mixtures containing chlorides, bromides, iodides, bleaches, as well as cleaning products in the form of powders or scouring pastes and aggressive cloths or sponges, for example, those for washing dishes.
