Steel sliding gates mcr TLB
- Fire Resistance: Available in EI 60 (60 minutes) and EI 120 (120 minutes) according to EN 1634-1:2009.
- Number of Leaves: 1 or 2, with an option for telescopic positioning.
- Leaf Thickness: 90 mm.
- Standard Finish: RAL 7035 color, with other RAL colors available.
- Dimensions: Width ranges from 1500 mm to 16000 mm, and height from 1900 mm to 4500 mm. Larger sizes are available upon individual assessment.
- The gate leaf consists of segments made from galvanized steel sheets with rock wool and gypsum core filling, reinforced with steel U-shaped profiles.
- The sliding mechanism includes an upper rail, counterweight, and driving rolling sets. The upper rail is made of galvanized steel and fixed to the wall with anchors.
- The leaf is connected to the counterweight with a steel cord.
