Their product range includes fire doors, gates, partitions, smoke and heat exhaust systems, rooflight systems, fire ventilation systems, and fire protection systems for building structures.
Product Specifications: Mercor offers a variety of steel and timber
door systems, tested and approved to EN-1634 and EN-1336 standards. The standard
steel door construction includes door leaves of 54mm or 63mm thickness, made from 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel with a primer coat. The core material is insulated mineral wool, and the steel frame is made from 1.25mm thick galvanized steel. Additional features include a mortice sash lock with a euro profile cylinder, lever handle set, steel hinges, a security bolt, intumescent gasket, rubber seals, and a door closer.
Accessories and Options: Customers can choose from stainless steel hinges, panic bolts, push bars, fire-resistant vision panels, and louvers. Doors are available in standard colors (RAL 5010, 9002, 9006, 9010, 9016) and can be polyester powder coated in RAL colors. A smoke-resistant threshold with an automatic drop seal is also available.
Fire and Sound Ratings: The MCR ALPE 54 and MCR ALPE 63 models have fire ratings of EI 30/E60 (FD 60) and EI 60/E90 (FD 90), respectively. Both models offer sound reduction up to 32/37 RwdB and a thermal rating up to 1.1 W/m²K-U Value.
Door Orientation: Doors are available in both right-hand and left-hand configurations.
