It offers similar aesthetics and quality to those of hand-knotted carpets, with the difference that this process speeds up production. The Tatami carpet have simple geometric patterns, they are woven line by line on a horizontal loom. Composition: 75% wool and 25% bamboo silk (innovative natural-origin yarn obtained from bamboo vegetable fibre processing). Country of production: NEPAL Surface flammability certifications: ASTM D 2859 06. Specific certifications available on request. Treatments: fireresistant and stainproof.
