Shorter bundles require one forklift, while longer bundles may need two, requiring operator coordination. Guidelines are provided for bundles needing two forklifts based on panel thickness and length.

Unloading with a Crane: Use a spreader bar and slings for crane lifting. Nylon straps are recommended, and boards should prevent panel edge crushing. Rigging suggestions are based on bundle weight and length.

Storage Guidelines: Store bundles off the ground to prevent water damage and allow air circulation. Cover and secure opened bundles to prevent weather and wind damage. Improper storage can lead to panel damage, for which MBCI is not responsible.

Panel Staging: Bundles are marked with a number and include a report detailing panel specifications. Proper pre-positioning around the building site is crucial to minimize movement and maximize installation efficiency.

Preparatory Requirements: Structural alignment is critical before panel installation. Supports must be within specified tolerances to prevent panel stress. Panel alignment and joint width are crucial, with specific tolerances provided.

Sealant Requirements: Proper sealant application is essential for weathertightness and vapor control. Sealant placement should follow project specifications, and panels should be sealed at ends and openings to ensure integrity.
