Technical Features:
The Natural Titanium Zinc strips adhere to the standard UNI EN 988. They are composed of 99.99% zinc with a specific weight of 7.2 Kg/dm3 and a melting point of 420°C. The longitudinal thermal expansion coefficient between 20°C and 100°C is 0.022 mm/m°C. The Erichsen drawability ranges from 7 to 9 mm.
Mechanical Features:
The strips have a minimum tensile strength of 150 MPa and an elongation range of 40 to 55%. The minimum hardness is 45 HV.
Chemical Composition:
The composition includes 99.99% Zinc (Zn), 0.06 – 0.2% Titanium (Ti), and 0.08 – 1.00% Copper (Cu).
Dimensional Characteristics:
Standard thicknesses are 0.65, 0.70, and 0.80 mm, with dimensional tolerance according to UNI EN 988. Standard widths are 900 to 1000 mm, with other widths available upon request. Coil weights range from 500 to 5000 kg.
