Lean In. A Newcomer that supports you. The Newcomer award rewards those who question, think in new ways and make smart designs. And this is what Kaja Solgaard Dahl has done. Kaja is a trained designer at Beckmans in Stockholm and has a master’s degree in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship from ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland.
