The Mater High Stool and Low Stool is designed by the Danish architect duo Space Copenhagen and is regarded as a New Danish Classic. With its organic yet minimalist style, this stool is suitable for both residential and commercial use. A part of the aluminium is derived from aluminium waste and the stool is sand casted by hand in a small Indian workshop. The upholstery is genuine leather. CARE AND MAINTENANCE Regular cleaning is recommended with a slightly damp, soft, lint-free cloth. Wipe dry with a dry, soft cloth. In case of stains on aluminium; mix 1 tablespoon cream of tartar with one quart of lukewarm water. Apply the mixture on the aluminium with a soft cloth. If necessary scrub gently with a steel wool pad in a back and forth motion. Avoid using a circular motion as this can cause an uneven look. Be cautious not to scrub too hard with the steel wool as this can scratch the aluminium. Finish by applying a little bee wax on the surface to obtain the shine.
