Ma’s fine granolithic undercoat - 1

Ma’s fine granolithic undercoat Definition Granolithic undercoat in aqueous emulsion for the preparation of interior and exterior walls. Thanks to its very fine grain, it improves adhesion in preparation for the application of Ma’s wall coatings, especially mineral coatings. Properties Easy to apply, highly permeable to water vapour and excellent covering properties. An organo-mineral product, which is compatible with organic substrates (e.g. old acrylic paints) and mineral substrates (lime, plaster, etc.). Application Substrates must be sound, clean and dry (in compliance with French standard DTU 59.1 or equivalent local standards and regulations). Preparation must be performed according to standard practice. Can be applied to all substrates, whether new or old: masonry walls, plaster, plasterboard, lime, old non-flaking paint, coatings, etc. Possibility of treating the substrate beforehand with ultra-concentrated acrylic undercoat. Ambient and substrate temperature above 5°C and below 30°C. Remove all imperfections from the substrate. Suitable for use under all coatings in the Ma’s range (silicate coating for stucco, cement coating, waxed plaster coating, lime coatings, acrylic coating). Applied in a single coat using a brush or roller. Appearance White liquid Yield Varies according to substrate type. On smooth substrate: 125 to 175 g/m2 On rough substrate (trowelled, rendered) 200 g/m2 Shelf life 12 months (unopened) Drying Approximately 8 to 24 h, according to temperature Packaging 1, 5, and 10 kg AFNOR classification NF T 36-005 Family 1 – Class 7b2 Density 1 L = 1.561 kg Use gloves and goggles. The final appearance and uniformity of the colour depend on the regularity of the substrate, the mixing, and the application conditions. Store in a dry room away from frost and intense heat (storage temperature between +5°C and +30°C).
