Mapeguard Membrane Installation Guide 1. Carefully measure the wall area(s) to be covered, cut the Mapeguard Membrane to size using a sharp knife and place aside, ready for step 3. Apply adhesive across the floor and Mapeflex MS45 around the top edge of the outlet, before carefully laying the membrane on top. Press the membrane into both the adhesive and Mapeflex MS45 using a trowel and remove any Mapeflex MS45 that exits when pressed into place.
