WHERE TO USE Interior and exterior bonding of ceramic and porcelain tiles and mosaics and natural stone materials that are not sensitive to moisture. Use Adesilex P9 Express white for the installation of light coloured natural stone. Some application examples • Installation on to suitably prepared timber substrates such as 15 mm overlaid plywood floors. • Rapid installation or renovation of areas subject to pedestrian traffic. • Rapid installation or renovation of bathrooms, showers, kitchens, terraces and balconies. • Installing marble and natural stone materials not sensitive to moisture. • Suitable for installation over Wet and Electrical underfloor heating systems. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Adesilex P9 Express is a powder composed of a mixture of special cements, selectively graded aggregates, synthetic resins and setting accelerators that develop a high bond strength after only 3 hours after setting. For this reason floor and wall installations can be completed very quickly. Floors can be walked on after only 4 hours and are ready for general traffic after 3 days. When hardened Adesilex P9 Express is frost proof and water resistant. RECOMMENDATIONS • Anhydrite screeds are to be abraded, vacuumed and primed with Eco Prim T diluted 2:1 with water or Primer G. • Plywood overlaid floors must use a minimum 15 mm exterior grade plywood and be fixed at maximum 300 mm centres in all directions to provide a rigid substrate. • Plaster or gypsum based walls must be primed with Primer G before applying cement based adhesives. • Not suitable for areas subject to flexing or vibration. • Not suitable for bonding to

Application Procedure Adesilex P9 Express can be applied to all substrates that are free of oils, grease, waxes and that are sound and free of loose plaster, laitance and crazing. Damp cement screeds can noticeably prolong the setting time of Adesilex P9 Express. Gypsum plasters must be perfectly dry (min 4 weeks), sufficiently hard and free of dust. It is absolutely essential that they are treated with Primer G before applying Adesilex P9 Express.
